Anna Steward

Anna Stewart is a Human Resources practitioner with 5+ years of experience in People Operations. Today, she is an HR Business Partner with The Brattle Group. Previously, she worked as an HR Business Partner at a Series C tech startup and in HR roles at global design and innovation firm IDEO, supporting business leaders and teams of interdisciplinary consultants.

She is a firm believer in the practical power of VTS to impact the workplace, from manager/employee relationships to leadership development to inclusive culture and more.

Before IDEO, Anna worked as a founding team member at international hospitality brand Soho House's Chicago location. Anna has a B.A. in Government and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and is a classically trained ballerina.
