Stephanie Peralta

Stephanie Peralta is a Senior Organizational Development Partner at Hinge and an executive coach. Her prior role was Global Head of Learning and Development and DEI at IDEO, where she managed and/or led many L&D projects and workstreams, from IDEO’s first-ever global people manager training, a coaching program that specifically supports IDEO’s BIPOC community, to the co-creation of an internal learning management system. 

Stephanie worked closely with Dabney Hailey to bring VTS to IDEO by co-designing learning workshops and spaces to expose IDEO’s employees to the VTS techniques and expand their application of it within their day-to-day work and life. Stephanie is a firm believer in the power of the simplicity of the VTS facilitation methodology in allowing folx to gain self-awareness and grow in their personal and professional lives. 

Stephanie has an MPA from Baruch College School of Public and International Affairs in NYC. She is a lifelong learner and is currently pursuing her coaching certification. In her leisure time, she enjoys making special memories with her life partner and 2.5-year-old daughter.
